Group Bookings

At Woodrose we offer a wide and varied menu to our group visitors including morning coffee, lunch, afternoon teas and suppers.   Morning coffee, lunches and suppers for group visitors must be pre booked in advance, and numbers confirmed at least one week before your arrival, we will contact your group leader at this time for all menu requirements.

We offer a 10% discount on our Special Group Menu for all groups of 15 or more.

 A deposit will be required to secure your booking.

 

If any of your party has special dietary requirements we will be happy to discuss these with you.

Afternoon Teas are available to all our group visitors. Our homemade fresh cream cakes are made daily and displayed in the Old Kitchen. We also serve a traditional Cream Tea, with homemade strawberry Jam and clotted cream.  (High Tea is served from 2.30pm onwards, but must be pre booked, as it takes time to prepare)

We strongly recommend that group visitors pre-book afternoon tea as our restaurant and tea garden can become extremely busy, booking will ensure we provide you with prompt and efficient service in an area especially set aside for your group.

Please note: We are unable to take group bookings for morning coffee, lunch and supper on our special event days.

All our food is freshly prepared in our kitchen. Everything we serve is made to order, which sometimes takes a little time, so please be patient, sit back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, we promise you it will be worth the wait!
